HR veteran Shrishti Sinha brings more than 10 years of experience to the rapidly growing virtual internship platform for businesses and early talent
MUMBAI, IN – Internset, the world's first end-to-end virtual internship platform, today announced it has onboarded Ms. Shrishti Sinha as its new Head of Talent Development. Sinha joins Internset on the heels of the recent board meeting by InternsetDAO and major personnel investments in the company's digital and grassroots community teams.

Shrishti brings more than 10 years of HR and talent management experience to Internset. She is an Internationally certified Body Language Expert and POSH Trainer. Shrishti currently works at Kotak Mahindra Investment Limited as the Associate Vice President HR where she is responsible for the overall culture, talent growth and retention strategies. Her tenure saw significant improvements in employee engagement & unique CSR initiatives. Prior to Kotak, Sinha held positions at TATA Croma and Reliance Jio, focusing on building campus connect, hiring the right talent, leading process transformation projects and improving employee engagement. She also got felicitated as the “Exemplary Leader in HR, 2024” by the World HRD Congress.
