A cybersecurity, governance, and risk management visionary with over 45 years of global experience, Dr. Bharucha brings a transformative approach to compliance and security for blockchain-driven platforms. Dr. Bharucha brings expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance (ITGRC). His extensive experience, including senior roles at Ernst & Young, HSBC, Al Rajhi Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and cross-industry sectors, makes him an invaluable addition to Internset’s leadership team as the company strengthens its blockchain governance framework.

Holding dual PhDs in Security Risk Management and Computer Network Engineering, Dr. Bharucha has built a career spanning advisory roles across finance, banking, government, and academia. His expertise in IT governance and risk management has been instrumental in global projects, including the development of security frameworks, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-driven innovations.

At Internset, Dr. Bharucha will oversee the compliance framework for Stipent (STPN: Polygon), an ERC-20 utility token facilitating seamless skill development across industries and educational institutions.
