Internset introduces a new approach to identifying top talent through demonstrated capability.
Mumbai, IN - Internset is building a new approach to recruiting early career talent, using proof of capability to help organizations identify and train candidates before hiring with greater confidence.
As hiring continues to move toward skills-based evaluation, traditional credentials such as resumes and degrees remain largely self-reported and difficult to verify. This has led to increasing inefficiencies in talent acquisition, where assessing actual ability often requires significant time and repeated validation.
Internset’s model is centered on enabling enterprises to train talent before hiring, shifting away from the traditional “first hire, then train” model. By giving organizations a stronger signal of readiness earlier, Internset aims to help them hire more confidently, move faster, and make better decisions.
This shift reflects a broader change in how talent is assessed and acquired. Organizations are increasingly prioritizing demonstrated capability over historical credentials, while individuals are seeking more credible and portable ways to signal their expertise.
As part of this approach, Internset has obtained a notice of intent from the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office for Stipent (STPN: Polygon), an open blockchain token intended to support the system’s verification and settlement layer.
“Skills are becoming the primary signal of work, but the infrastructure used to issue and verify them remains fragmented across platforms,” said Niranjan Yadav, President and CEO of Internset. “We are building a more reliable model, one that allows organizations to issue blockchain-notarized credentials and validate supporting documents instantly. That reduces cost per hire, improves hiring outcomes, and gives organizations a more dependable foundation for hiring.”
The Proof-of-Skill Layer is being designed to support use cases across talent discovery, workforce development, and credential portability. By introducing a verifiable trust layer, Internset aims to create stronger alignment between skill and opportunity in early talent hiring.
