Internset Introduces Multi-Currency Escrow for Freelancers and Clients
Multi-currency support is now live on Compenset, with no changes required to existing workflows.

Sheridan, WY – Internset DAO LLC, the decentralized organization building the future of work coordination, today announced that Compenset, its Web3-powered escrow platform, now supports USDC and POL. The update gives users new ways to securely send and receive payments for freelance work and internship-related tasks, while keeping total platform fees capped at just 5 percent.

The integration of these tokens offers fast, stable and trusted options for transacting on-chain, with all agreements secured by smart contracts and transparently settled once project milestones are met. Freelancers receive 95 percent of the payment, with no hidden cuts or markups, and clients benefit from reliable dispute protection built into the platform’s decentralized logic.

“At Internset, we’re focused on solving real problems for real users,” said Samuel Mens, CTO at Internset. “Adding USDC and POL was a technical priority for us because our users want choice, speed and predictability. This rollout brings all three in a way that stays true to our decentralized foundation.”

Compenset was launched to reimagine how talent gets paid in a decentralized economy. By removing intermediaries and enabling direct contract-based agreements, it gives users more control over the work they do and the way they’re compensated. Whether users choose Stipent (STPN), USDC or POL, the experience remains consistent: fast, secure and trustless.

“I work with clients from different countries and payment platforms are always a hurdle,” said Luis Dugarte, a designer, owner of a freelance agency, and an early Compenset user. “With this update, I can now receive stable payments and keep more of what I earn. It finally feels like the system is built for creatives like me.”

The new token support is now available for all Compenset users, with no changes required to existing workflows.

At launch, USDC and POL can be used for any new escrow agreement within the platform. Additional token integrations will be evaluated based on community proposals and DAO governance in future phases.
