The new program offers voting power and governance rights in Internset DAO to top-performing participants across the globe.
Sheridan, WY – Internset DAO, an algorithmically managed decentralized autonomous organization advancing the future of work, announces the launch of a new Setter Program that offers emerging domain leaders a direct stake in the DAO’s success through Stipent (STPN: Polygon).
Designed for impact-driven individuals from leading institutions with a minimum of five years of corporate experience, the Setter Program recognizes and empowers those shaping the decentralized workforce. It aligns with Internset’s broader mission to reimagine how expertise is engaged, valued, and integrated into governance across a global, blockchain-powered ecosystem.
“Top-tier professionals today aren’t chasing perks. They are seeking purpose, ownership, and strategic alignment,” said Niranjan Yadav, President and CEO of Internset. “The Setter Program is how we turn that intent into action. We are giving high impact contributors a meaningful seat at the table, where their expertise actively shapes the long term trajectory of the DAO.”
Selected Setters will be assigned governance rights equivalent to up to 125,000 STPN annually, with access released gradually over a defined period. During this time, the allocated blockchain assets will remain locked within audited escrow smart contracts, reinforcing long-term alignment with Internset’s mission. Participation is tied to demonstrated expertise and contribution, encouraging deeper engagement in governance and community-driven initiatives.
“This is a strategic move to build with those who’ve already proven themselves in fast-paced environments,” Yadav added. “The Setter Program is our way of ensuring that those at the forefront of innovation are not just participants. They are active stakeholders with governance rights, contributing to the DAO’s direction and decision-making.”
Applications are now open globally. Interested candidates can apply by submitting the Setter form. Those selected will receive onboarding details outlining distribution terms and how Stipent functions within Internset DAO’s decentralized governance framework.
